Ms. Deepika
Executive Director
Deepika is the Founder and Executive Director of Stellar Montessori Academy, where she combines her passion for early childhood education with a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and holistic development. After a successful 19-year career in the IT industry, Deepika transitioned to Montessori education, inspired by its child-centered approach and transformative impact on lifelong learning.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and earned her Montessori teaching credentials in 2015. Deepika is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education from Loyola University Maryland, focusing on Montessori education, diversity, and inclusion.
As a leader and educator, Deepika is dedicated to creating thoughtful, enriching learning environments that honor each child’s individuality and potential. She currently oversees both the Bellevue and Marysville campuses of Stellar Montessori Academy and plays an active role in curriculum design, teacher mentorship, and family engagement.
Ms. Amrita
Lead ECE Teacher
Ms. Amrita is a trained Montessori educator who is deeply passionate about enriching the lives of young children. In her classroom, she encourages curiosity, independence, and the joy of discovery at every turn. She believes every child has unique strengths and strives to create a nurturing environment where each student can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.
Outside of work, she enjoys meeting people, watching movies, exploring new places, and spending time with her family and friends.

Ms. Sravanthi
Lead Toddler Teacher
Ms. Sravanthi has been working in Stellar Montessori for 3 years. She earned dual degrees in Education and Computer Science from India and brings over 17 years of teaching and volunteering experience. Before joining Stellar, she worked at local daycares and volunteered at schools. She cherishes the values of love, patience, and togetherness in her work with children.
Outside of the classroom, she has a great interest in cooking various cuisines and enjoys practicing yoga.
