Ms. Deepika Othuluru
Founder & Executive Director
Deepika Othuluru is the Founder and Executive Director of Stellar Montessori Academy, where she combines her passion for early childhood education with a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and holistic development. After a successful 19-year career in the IT industry, Deepika transitioned to Montessori education, inspired by its child-centered approach and transformative impact on lifelong learning.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and earned her Montessori teaching credentials in 2015. Deepika is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education from Loyola University Maryland, focusing on Montessori education, diversity, and inclusion.
As a leader and educator, Deepika is dedicated to creating thoughtful, enriching learning environments that honor each child’s individuality and potential. She currently oversees both the Bellevue and Marysville campuses of Stellar Montessori Academy and plays an active role in curriculum design, teacher mentorship, and family engagement.
Ms. Anthonette Runez
Assistant Director
Ms. Anthonette is a dedicated childcare professional with over 6 years of experience in early childhood education. She is passionate about creating nurturing and engaging environments where children can grow, learn, and thrive. In her role, Ms. Anthonette supports both students and staff, ensuring a safe, enriching, and developmentally appropriate experience for every child and family.
