Ms. Deepika

Executive Director 

After a successful 19-year career in the IT industry, Deepika transitioned to Montessori education, inspired by its child-centered approach and transformative impact on lifelong learning. She holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and earned her Montessori teaching credentials in 2015. Deepika is currently pursuing a master's in education from Loyola University Maryland, focusing on Montessori STEAM education. As a leader and educator, she oversees both campuses and plays an active role in curriculum design, teacher mentorship, and family engagement.

Ms. Andrea

Director

She brings a background in Environmental Engineering and about 10 years of experience working with children in various educational settings. Working with children has always been her passion. She loves supporting young learners as they grow into curious, independent, and confident individuals. She’s passionate about STEM education and believes that introducing science, technology, engineering, and math concepts early helps children develop creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. She is committed to encouraging helping all children see themselves as capable innovators, creators, and thinkers. Ms. Andrea is bilingual in English and Spanish she values the strong connections build with families and believe meaningful relationships are at the heart of a supportive and thriving school community. Outside of work, she enjoys attending sports events and concerts, as well as spending quiet time with a good book.

Ms. Kaylie

Lead ECE Teacher

Ms. Kaylie is the teacher in the Innovators Classroom at the Marysville campus. She is Montessori-trained through ORR Montessori Teachers Training Academy (ORRMTTA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in General Science from Western Washington University. Passionate about STEAM learning, she creates hands-on experiences that inspire curiosity, independence, and a love for learning. Outside the classroom, she enjoys crafting, kayaking, and spending time with her cat.
