Ms. Deepika

After a successful 19-year career in the IT industry, Deepika transitioned to Montessori education, inspired by its child-centered approach and transformative impact on lifelong learning. She holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and earned her Montessori teaching credentials in 2015. Deepika is currently pursuing a master's in education from Loyola University Maryland, focusing on Montessori STEAM education. As a leader and educator, she oversees both campuses and plays an active role in curriculum design, teacher mentorship, and family engagement.

A dedicated childcare professional with 6 years of experience providing nurturing and engaging environments for children to grow and thrive. Ms. Runez has been part of the Stellar Montessori team as Assistant Director for over a year.

Lead ECE Teacher

A trained Montessori educator deeply passionate about enriching the lives of young children. Encourages curiosity, independence, and the joy of discovery. Believes every child has unique strengths and strives to create a nurturing environment where each student can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

Over a decade of experience working with children. Holds an Associate Degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Early Childhood Education and a Master's in Computer Applications. Previously a software engineer, Jaya brings a unique analytical perspective to the Montessori classroom. Currently pursuing her Montessori certification.

3 years at Stellar Montessori with over 17 years of combined teaching and volunteering experience. Earned dual degrees in Education and Computer Science. Cherishes the values of love, patience, and togetherness in her work with children. Outside the classroom she enjoys cooking various cuisines and practicing yoga.
