Ms. Deepika
After a successful career in the IT industry, Deepika transitioned to Montessori education, inspired by its child-centered approach and transformative impact on lifelong learning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and earned her Montessori teaching credentials in 2015. Deepika is currently pursuing a master’s in education from Loyola University Maryland, focusing on Montessori STEAM education. As a leader and educator, she oversees both campuses and plays an active role in curriculum design, teacher mentorship, and family engagement.

Over a decade of experience working with children. Holds an Associate Degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Computer Applications. Previously a software engineer, Jaya brings a unique analytical perspective to the Montessori classroom. Currently pursuing her Montessori certification.
